Job Description:
Global Technical Support is seeking for a dynamic and motivated intern wishing to work in a global, fast-paced and technical environment. Key responsibilities include providing critical software, hardware, network trouble-shooting, assisting customers in the maintenance and support of both the Bloomberg Professional Service and supplementary electronic trading platforms within their own internal networks. You will also be asked to work with other departments such as sales, analytics, installations, and networks in order to ensure a seamless level of outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Preferably degree in IT/Computer-related studies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and flexible attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in any Asian languages is an advantage
