Job Description :
1) Business Analyst
• Generating business through bidding on various portal like – odesk, elance, guru etc & other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels • Interact with clients for their technical requirements • Direct and online marketing of web based software applications • Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills • Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals • Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development • Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid • Should have good written and oral communication skills
2) HTML Developer
• Able to covert PSD to HTML , if having knowledge in Photoshop, illustrator, coral etc designing tool then good. • Should know about Web Browser compatibility, HTML slicing, different responsive themes, different CSS frameworks, knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3 / 5. • Should be able to make a step ahead and propose multiple solutions to clients based on the requirement of the client. • Should have excellent logical and coding skills to understand client requirements.
3) Web Designers
• Design websites & ensure that they are visually effective • Designing web-pages, logos, brochures, banners, and web templates • Create Custom Newsletter design and prepare for marketing purpose • Responsive Web Design is an added Advantage • Be Innovative, creative, imaginative, vibrant and lateral thinking in designing and visualization • Creating Website Templates, Website Mock ups, E- Mailers, Catalog, and Logos • Aware of the latest trends in design concepts • Creative Visualization & creating layout in Photoshop
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech.(CS/IT) & MCA 2014 Batch
